✅ Returns

• We accept returns only if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

• To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 3 days of receiving it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened oils, perfumes, or beauty products (for hygiene reasons).

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion.

  • Change of mind.

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you.

• If approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 5-7 working days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
